Vortex engines

ortex, the engine division of the OTK Kart Group, designs, builds and develops engines for racing karts.
It was born in 1995 and has had numerous successes in major races since its debut. The first world championship title comes in 1996 and today the world championships in the various categories were won with 17.
The production of Vortex is divided into first-class RACING engines for international competitions and powerful and reliable ROK engines for the Rok Cup, Vortex's single-brand championship distributed around the world, which allows all drivers to try in the world of karting to grow.
For both product lines, methodology, care and research are the same in terms of performance and quality. The special thing about the Italian plant is the ability to control the production of its engines in every respect: from construction to development, all phases are carried out internally from start to finish.
In fact, in Vortex, in the new Pavia headquarters inaugurated in 2012, there is the technical office (using 2D and 3D software), the production department (equipped with CNC machining centers with five, four, three axes) and quality control die Responsible department in which every single piece is carefully measured with an instrumental precision that reaches the ten-thousandth of a millimeter.
